When is the deadline to RSVP?
The deadline to submit your RSVP is Friday, March 14, 2025. You can easily confirm your attendance by visiting the RSVP page of our wedding website.
We need to provide our vendors and venue with a final guest count by this date to ensure all guests can be accomodated. After the RSVP deadline, any guests who have not responded will be marked as "not attending," and we will truly miss your presence.
What time should I arrive for the wedding ?
Doors will open at 5:00pm for guests. Ceremony will start promptly at 5:30pm. We kindly ask that all guests arrive before ceremony start time to ensure they are seated before ceremony starts. Please note, if you arrive after the ceremony has started, you may be asked to wait until the ceremony concludes before you can enter.
Are children allowed?
Adult-Only Celebration: Aside from our flower girl and ring bearer, our wedding will be an event exclusively for adults. We hope this early notice allows our guests ample time to join us in celebrating our special day.
Can I bring a guest? Do I get a plus one?
Due to space constraints, we kindly request that guests refrain from bringing plus ones unless they are explicitly mentioned on the invitation or if your invitation specifically indicates that you may bring a guest. We greatly appreciate your understanding!
What's the dress code? Any colors to avoid?
The dress code is semi-formal. We kindly request that all guests avoid wearing white or ivory, as well as sneakers or jeans. For ideas on appropriate wedding day attire, please check out the “Dress Code & Attire Inspiration” page on our wedding website.
The ceremony will be outdoors, if weather permits and the reception will be indoors. We encourage guests to wear vibrant spring colors.
Will there be alcoholic beverages?
Yes! We will be serving a selection of beer, wine, and specialty cocktails for our guests to enjoy throughout the celebration. Our venue has a licensed bar & bartender, and per venue regulations, bringing in outside alcohol is NOT permitted on the premises. We appreciate your cooperation and can’t wait to raise a glass with you as we celebrate our special day!
Will there be food?
Yes! We will be serving a plated dinner during our reception, so guests can sit back, relax, and enjoy a delicious meal. Before the reception, there will also be a small cocktail hour with bite-sized hors d’oeuvres for guests to enjoy while mingling.
If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can do our best to accommodate. We want everyone to have a great meal and enjoy the celebration! We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
What is the best mode of transportation to get to the wedding venue?
We recommend traveling by car to our wedding venue. There is plenty of free parking available at the wedding venue. Rideshare options such as Uber and Lyft are also available in the area.
Do you have a hotel room block?
We have selected hotels near our venue, the airport and near tourist attractions in Atlanta. Please check out the "Hotel Recommendations" page of our website. Our venue is located west of Atlanta metro area. Atlanta is an amazing city with several tourists attractions across the city. We encourage all guests to check out our "Things to Do" page and "Hotel Recommendations" page prior to deciding on which hotel to choose.
What is the nearest airport?
The nearest airport to our wedding venue is Hartsfield -Jackson Atlanta International Airport which is approximately 30 miles (~35 to 40 minute drive from wedding venue)
Is the wedding ceremony and reception at the same place?
Yes! The wedding ceremony and reception are at the same address. The wedding ceremony will be outdoors, unless bad weather occurs then wedding ceremony will be indoors. The reception will be held indoors.
Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Yes, venue does provide ramp access for wheelchairs. Complimentary golf cart service is available for guest as well from ceremony to reception space.
